As a long-time employee at Majorel in Barcelona/Spain, I worked on the TikTok project, which employed over 80 people. During this time, I developed into a top moderator. After learning all the policies, I was able to work quickly and effectively by developing my own technique. This allowed me to accomplish significantly more than required. It's comparable to driving fast on a highway. The faster you drive, the more intense your tunnel vision becomes, and you focus solely on what's most important—what's happening on the road. The highway is like watching videos. The cars you overtake and the road conditions are like the policies.
